Actually nothing much besides putting ACV in the drinking water ( two tablespoons in 5,9 L ) and washing her head personally once before bed time. The next morning she had no foam over her eyes and it stayed like this for the rest of the day. I also saw her dunking her head into the water bucket and taking a bath in the tub. Maybe it just took over a week before the treatment worked. If she keeps improving under this conditions, I will proceed like this, if it does not, I will apply the diluted ACV directly to make sure she gets enough of the stuff.
