Possible sour crop?

5 month old barred rock hen with possible sour crop? I found her dust bathing and noticed her eyes looked a little -off- just different...then noticed she is doing a motion like she is gasping for air but she is still vocal and moving around. Her crop seems lumpy and not globular like it usually is but small and not enlarged like I’ve read about impacted crop. Doesn’t seem lethargic but less active. Keeping her inside the house in a cage at the moment until I can figure out what’s wrong. My hens eat a lot of fruit (we have peach trees and prickly pears in the backyard, as well as salad greens, yogurt a few times a week, they have plenty of grit available, they “free” range around the backyard, and I have a few watering stations around the yard. It’s hot here, 90 degrees and we’re still suffering from the fires but it’s not too smoky today. Any ideas much appreciated.

Is she eating and drinking normally? Are her poops normal? Is her crop empty in the morning when she first wakes up?
A tell-tale symptom of sour-crop is a crop that is still full in the morning before the chicken has started eating.
