If you breed an EE with something, even though it is a mix, will the baby lay green eggs or how does that work?

I would be interested in this too. I have some EE mutts with various roo dads.

If you breed a green or blue egg layer to a brown egg layer you could get green or brown eggs. If you breed If you breed a green or blue egg layer to a white egg layer you could get green, blue or white or brown. If you breed a pure breed blue egg layer to a white egg layer you could get blue or white.
At least that's how I understand it.

My mother has 5 EE mixes. All lay green eggs. Some more green, some more olive, but none are just brown. I know it can happen though.

I think some breeders do really cull and try to hone in on the egg color. I'm sure you could do the same and it would be lots of fun!
