Post a Picture of Your Cross Breed

Also hatched 8/29/19. She's a little more shy than the other 4.
I think her mother is a Silver Laced Wyandotte. Only time will tell as her comb develops. Araucana daddy.

A closer look at the Araucana/Light Brahma mix.
I think she's my favorite.

This little girl is a cross between an ISA Brown hen and Araucana rooster. Hatched 5/9/19. It wasn't until she started laying in November that I realized I had chickens capable of breeding Olive Eggers! :wee
And I learned that here, BTW. :clap

Also hatched 5/9/19. Cross between Araucana rooster and Barred Rock hen. The downy feathers under his wings are the only barred feathers he has.

Are you sure that your BR is the mother on this one? If she was, he'd biologically HAVE to look like the one you posted previously. BR Females can ONLY pass their barred gene onto their sons, and they'd HAVE to be barred.

I didn't kno

W that

That's how they make black sex links. Usually hatcheries use a red roo over a barred hen, because when all the chicks hatch, the females will be all black and the males will be black with a white headspot. The headspot indicates the barring gene. And since the barred hens can only pass it on to their sons, everybody with a headspot is a boy.
