I received my first order from Ideal about two weeks ago.
5 golden laced wyandottes st. run
5 silver laced wyandottes st. run
5 new hampshire reds st. run
5 golden sex link pullets
Have ordered
1 silver phoenix male
4 light brahma st run
4 blus hamburg st run
1 red yokohama male
1 silver penciled male.
Hope to get females for the males i ordered later.
Have been building coop for the last couple of weeks. hope to finish by time the first batch is big enough to use it.

I have chicks right now - three weeks old from MM.

6 straight run Cuckoo Marans (still trying to figure out the sexes)
5 Ameraucana pullets
3 Buff Orpington pullets
1 Mystery Chick ("Free rare chick" from MM)

They are doing really well.

I got an email that my chicks have shipped-should be here Tuesday!!!

Email said possibly Monday (but should be Tues), but I'm sure with the bad storm we're having, not.

We set up our brooder, in a plastic storage tote box, yesterday! I called the supervisor at my local post office and asked her to keep a heads-up, she said she'll call me as soon as they come in-since I'm a carrier too, I won't be home when my carrier comes, so I'll pick them up after. She said she'd keep them warm, that was kind of her. We're getting a bad storm today so I am worried about a delay. The chicks are coming from Ohio-I took my chances ordering early I guess.

15 modern game banatm chicks in 3 varieties, should be heading this way Wed. Be here Thurs. or Fri. Don't know what I'll get for packing peanuts? Waiting for 12 bantam buttercup hatching eggs to be sent as well. Have 3 eggs in the bator right now. Two Serama, (due in the next couple of days but I am not to hopeful). And 1 egg that I am not sure who laid but it is developing?
