Post Office is slow...update

I live 90 miles North East of Kansas City...
This is what the tracker says:
Your item was processed and left our KANSAS CITY, MO 64121 facility on April 17, 2009. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.
went this morning and its still not here....
This is the first time they have been this slow,the truck comes every evening at about 5 pm/5 am to pick up or drop off mail.
Hope they dont do this with my chicks comming this week from Iowa...
UPDATE:WHAT THE....WHY DID IT GO BACK TO KC????????????it has acually gone past me now twice,once to columbia and on the way back to KC..

They basically scan the DC # once or twice. Once when it is recieved (some don't) and then when it is delivered. Very rarely will I get packages that are scanned more than twice. I guess that is why they changed the name from "Tracking Number" to "Delivery Confirmation".

yeah i know,but 4 days to get from KC to here....its only 90 miles

Yep. I've had stuff from across the country get here faster than stuff sent just a few hours away in the same state. My McMurray chicks took 4 days to get here

Poor things. I lost all but 9 of the 35. It was November but still, 4 days to get here

Wait I take that back 3 times if it was driven up it passed me comming up from florida also....
