I have a couple birds I am letting go to make room.. But I don't have many.. One bb red roo and a couple hens.. If you are interested.

I have found that individual pens of 8x8 ft or so work great with high roosts until the tails reach lengths of five ft or so.. Much easier than tomebaku and exercising. Although I have done both.. But that is an easier option until the tails reach longer lengths.

was just about to say that.
Yes a good 6x 6 or 8 x 8 FULLY ROOFED pen with thick ground cover and high roost with no other pen mates, and covered waterers works well too and does allow for exercise

He's here! Post Office called first thing this morning, as he was crowing in his box.

He was happy to get out, ate a good bit. Is a bit scared, but tame as can be, very sweet bird.

I want to let him rest most of the day until the trip home (I have things shipped to work as I live out in the sticks with bad Postal service). I snapped a couple photos - you can tell he's unsure of his surroundings. He's resting in the women's restroom (it has high shelves/perches and is easy to clean) until the end of the work day. He's been crowing now for the past 15 minutes. My African Grey parrot who lives here in the store will most certainly be crowing tomorrow!

I'm very happy to get him. Thanks to Amanda

Hey, I thought I was the only one who brought chickens and parrots to work!
He's beautiful. And will probably be a handful by the end of the day. My Eclectus learned to crow also!

LOL> I think he will be fine. Glad he arrived well.. I had checked this morning and knew he was in the area.. I am curious too, Let me know if the parrot learns to crow... Too Funny.

anyone have creol bantam eggs for sale wont be able to get any till next month though...thank you

*if you have any bantam eggs that will be for sale but not in this color please still let me know i do prefer the non solids though

I'm working on crele, but virtualy no one has them in phoenix. There are a few scattered with a couple here and there, but never see any for sale . I should have them good in about two years, til then good luck, and let me know too if you run across any! I do have the silver creles already from Toni-Marie, but not the standard bb red based ones.

May have a few eggs along the time frame you are looking at, all would be bantam, so check with me when you are ready, though the laying days are winding down fast this time of year
