Post Phoenix Pics Please

Hi! Got a good picture of my little "standard" silver cockerel. He's a runt that should have been culled at hatch but I wanted to try my hand at saving a weak chick. And look at him now! A little 6 month old cutie pie at only 2lbs :)

Thanks!

Oh god he's so cute!

Thanks! We call him Derpydoo. He's madly in love with a giant fluffy salmon faverolle. They wander the property together like a couple of highschoolers on Prom night - the girl in a peach tulle dress and the boy in a shiny tux. Too funny. So glad we kept him!

I don't know if these worked or not but I have two pictures of my silver Phoenix Joe who had just lost this summer but I kept his son Dave he's the more cream colored one. He's a cross between a Phoenix and a Sussex very wonderful birds

Question about feed for longtails:

I know they have a higher protein need and possibly a higher B vitamin complex need to support the health and vigor of the feathers. Can anyone recommend what they use?

Thanks!

silver laced phoenix project. 4 months old and tails coming in nice, couldn't get them to turn to show tails but you can see the lacing going well

Wow. You're one of the most creative breeders I know, and I love it. I sent you a pm. Hope to hear back from you to discuss a few things. Thanks!

I've got 10 eggs on day 11 in my incubator, so excited!!! I can't wait to hatch them out and hold them! They will be mixed colors, thought the girls would be pure since they can only be on silver or gold bases I think. The boy is a silver/gold mix, the girls are all either silver or gold.
