I did pull that little circle out, made sure I could see through the hole and everything. The only thing that I did do if it was bleeding was to put ointment on the hole to keep it clean. There is a little scar left, but I'm thinking that is not what it's supposed to be.
 
what about wing bands? does anyone do that? I tried the leg bands (hard plastic with numbers) they eventually got them off :S not fond of the thought of toe punching

Very sad day here for US Orps fans Cecil Moore passed this morning. His birds are in an expert's hands. Cecil will be missed by many.


im so sorry to hear about cecil.. he will be missed in the poultry world.
