Johnn, Bella is probably just waiting till she's good and ready! I've had one delay as long as 11 months though most of mine were laying by 30 weeks. Had one at 36 weeks though.

Its not as ad as the wait of Bellas birth mother (who was killed, she was the cream legbar) she took 47 weeks!
 
Can not wait for it to warm up for good to get my breeding pens set for the season.
The guy I got my White boy from hatched out 187 White Orps last year. The band he has on is about ready to pop unless I get it removed. As you can see he has some serious bones to support himself on. Aside from Alan's and Harry's Whites you do not see too many Whites with this thick a bones here in the states.


 
Yup, Don. These flew to NY. I may have to go steal 'em all back ! I couldn't be more pleased at how they are maturing. OK people, where are the rest of the gang ???
Vickie, So glad you are pleased with the way they are coming along...we are all ready for spring..wont be long now..Absolutly beautiful birds..forever grateful for them..the construction workers LOVE them..they are over here every morning talking to them..Jake calls them the Buff Orbey-tons...They used to be kind of afraid of all of the construction noise..but not any more..they run over to greet the guys every morning..they commented on how wide they are..elegant beautiful birds..Nice job lady..they are forever your babies..I just have the pleasure of caring for them..Love every second of it..

Here are a couple pics from when they were a little younger..you cant tell by the pics but they are quadruple the size now..








And getting big
cant wait to see when they swap out all of the baby feathers..Im really happy with the way they are filling in..

I couldn't have the kids in better hands ! I'm so pleased that everyone has been thrilled with their birds, and are doing a super job raising them. Thank you everybody !
