11 week old Buff Orpington bantams(American bloodlines) hope next spring I can get a 100% English Roo. They are both pullets and the only two I have!!!

Do I have sort of a lavender-splash phenomenon going on?

It is a lavender he is just getting his rooster feathers in now which are darker...onces he is all grown he will have darker saddle, wing bows, and hackle feathers.

We have a new L.G.G. for the girls. This is Rupert who has ridden shot gun in my Tahoe for many years. His son has now taken over that job. Rupert is doing a great job, the girls like him, and he works for peanuts. All the girls are in molt, so they are a bit patchy looking, feathers everywhere.
