She's a bit flighty, but I think it's because she was integrated into an established flock of teenagers. She's adjusted well. I'm just gonna have to make sure she gets lots of treats and love to warm her up.

Cheryl, I have to agree with you. It looks like your black split, the lav to the left (closest to the split) and the white at this point are showing signs of being little boys. Their combs are more pronounced and the white even has little wattles!

It's still early though, I don't see much pink or red in their combs yet so they may simply be quick maturing girls.

ETA: How's their behavior? You'll notice right away that your boys are more curious than your little girls at this point.

They are being moved to the new coop today so i'll get to see their personality more. At this point with 28 chicks in a 5 foot diameter plastic swimming pool, it's hard to tell who's doing what!
