You should PM justuschickens59. She's not in New England, but her blues are some of the best. As far as I know she will ship eggs and started birds.

This is one of my most favorite pullets I received from her.

Some Orp variety in this pic. My number two Blue cockerel, a son of TONKA Buff a Blue Birchen pullet on the left and a Black tucked behind the Blue. Variety is the spice of life, or so they say.

Tralfamadore is incharge of my top Black pen's girls. Finally got 5 eggs from this pen today outta 6 girls.
He has been doing well fertilizing these girls.

Not an Orp, but he may get a shot at my Birchen Orp pullets. My Blue Birchen pullet has zero Marans Blood. Bruno here is a purebred Marans without the feathered leg shanks

Thank you FourPawz and BluBug, I also will have hatching eggs available this year.

I breed towards the English standard, I should have eggs available as we get closer to the summertime.

Bill I like the Birchen color, I wish I could find a Birchen Marans line that lays a decent colored egg.

Oh, wow. What a gorgeous hen! I just started collecting feathers from the chickens every now and then, putting them in the freezer (to kill bacteria), then making earring out of them! And she would make some pretty earrings. Love the color.
