Our first chicken, two weeks old.
 
OK, I'm a newby, so please forgive me if this doesn't work.

Here are our 10 chicks (5 silkies and 5 bantam partridge cochins) from Estes:

My first broody hatched out 3 babies so far today (maybe last night I was out of town) and they are barnyard mixes under my cochin Kay

My 19 babes hatched on 6/11 out of 27 fertile eggs left behind by my flock, which was killed by a coyote (or a pack). The roo was a Black Australorp and the hens were three Red Stars, three EE, and four Black Stars. The chicks are 10 days old today!
