He sure looks like it doesn't he? He makes me want to just run my fingers through is feathers. He looks very soft.

He is very soft! I don't think that he has silkie in him. The lady I bought him from told me he was a cochin and his parents were both cochin looking.

Maybe somewhere down the line there is? I do have a silkie/cochin hen that looks different and is very, very soft. He does have a great tail and is filling in nicely. Thanks for all the nice words. I won't tell him though it will go to his head and he already is king.
