Looking at these cuties, I feel cuteness is overloaded! I can not imagine life without chickens.

My always broody Speckled Sussex hen hatched out 5 cockerels and 4 pullets. Sold the started cockerels chicks for $5 each....
Purchased 15 Speckled Sussex pullets from Hoover's Hatchery. They're 2 weeks old and doing great! They have taken up residency in the laundry room until they feather out. Then they will go out to the coop sick bay so they can get introduced to the rest of the gang.View attachment 3961964

The Speckled Sussex chicks are 7 weeks old now. They are living in the Sick Bay section of our walk-in coop. During the day they can go out in the "play pen" section of the coops' porch. The play pen allows them to be outside and safe.

Chickens make my heart tingling and I feel so loved.

My 2 Isa Brown girls and the 3rd beauty is a daughter of an Isa Brown rooster and a Silver laced Wyandotte. She has her the Isa Brown colour, but Wyandotte comb.
