How much Nutridrench should I give the chick, exactly? I gave it like 3 drops since I was unsure.

For a chick that size I would give 3-5 drops twice a day.

Okay, good to know. I was worried about possible overdosing.

I tested the pupils with light, & they reacted, but the chick still doesn't respond like it's blind.

The chick's vision is returning. S/he ate on it's own this time. The peep still has head nods.

Glad there's some improvement. I would try to increase the Vitamin E as mentioned when you can, hopefully that will help with the head nods.

I would have to feed the chick the mixture out of the brooder, so her siblings, & half siblings, & the turkeys don't eat it.

Unless you're ABSOLUTELY sure that others won't harm her, she really should be separated from other chicks and CERTAINLY from adults immediately.
