My parents tell me I don't do enough work. I usually ace class, but I'm still worried about my future: job security, if there'll suddenly be an oversupple of professionals, work relations, all that crap that's around nowadays.

i do know where i am heading in life. breeding chooks. seroiusly, i am not joking. i am getting so far now and i have some show quality birds. just have to wait till the shows are on. just in a small town here in CQ in gainder there was a chook show and 1st prize was a $1000...
but i do know where i am heading. chooks are in high demand here in CQ and my business (very close now) will boom!

The industry I'm trying to get into... high threat of losing job on regular basis, hard to get into better-paying ranks, low-paying ranks continuously involved in industrial dispute... Doesn't sound that good right now, but they're saying in a few years time, around about when I graduate from uni, there'll be a massive shortage of professionals for the job so I might have a chance of getting in.

what business are you in, it couldn't be that bad, could it???

Oh, it is, but the benefits far outweight everything I mentioned. I reckon I could be really happy doing that job.

Why? I'm chinese, and I don't really like it. My mom is ALWAYS telling me to speak chinese and practice writing chinese, and stuff. It's a VERY hard language to learn, and since I came to the US when I was four, I don't remember much of it
