Just got this one this morning either from a Black Australorp or a red sex link. It looks sorta like a tree that has lost a branch and healed over. Too bad all eggs aren't like this, because then you could lay them on the counter and they wouldn't roll off on the floor!

We finally busted into our 3.05 oz egg and were surprised to find only a single yolk! But it was still a LOT of fried egg!

Ok. Good for you. This was just our first big egg as we are new to this. I wasn't bragging, just enjoying the moment. I know its not that weird, it was just a big, odd egg for our flock of pretty average layers.
