Ok. Good for you. This was just our first big egg as we are new to this. I wasn't bragging, just enjoying the moment. I know its not that weird, it was just a big, odd egg for our flock of pretty average layers.

Sounds more like Mr MKK farms was the one bragging. Just a FYI....YOU'RE not the one laying the eggs, so YOU have nothing to brag about. Let's not add pettiness and drama to this thread. Thank you.

Just got this one this morning either from a Black Australorp or a red sex link.  It looks sorta like a tree that has lost a branch and healed over.  Too bad all eggs aren't like this, because then you could lay them on the counter and they wouldn't roll off on the floor!

Im an crafter and was thinging how great some of these big egs would be to work with...and then I saw the Sun Egg. Wow, talk about talented! Can't beat a hen who could emboss her own eggs.

I was hoping for more pages to this thread . Can't wait to see more!

lol i got one that looked just like the blue one very tiny totaly round with only a small yoke just like your pic ecept mine came from a leghorn I called it the low Cal DIET egg.
