Most Easter Eggers people get from hatcheries don't really have either behind them. In fact, quite a few hatcheries simply carry the original Easter Egger stock brought to the US decades ago. And then there's a few hatcheries with Blue Wheaten Ameraucana behind them, but no Araucana. If hatcheries actually had Araucana behind their stock, you'd still see rumpless and tufted birds pop up. But I have yet to ever see such a trait.
That rooster in particular has duckwing genes, a common thing Easter Eggers have (but not Ameraucanas) He also has yellow legs and a very tall pea comb, signifying a lot of single combed parents and grandparents. Also, he only holds barring in his beard and tail feathers, indicating he's either got barred columbian in him or just partial barring, which means his grandparents or greatgrandparents were barred.
