post your chicken coop pictures here!

Should have added I scoop daily and put in compost. I top up zeolite as needed. Can put contents of tray in compost also just depends where I have room. Best not to put fresh chicken poop near plants it can burn them.

Ive been bad about cleaning the box but i should do that. And oh yeah, i wouldnt put it on the plants, we have a few places where I dump shavings or have dumped them. Hopefully they'll break down or be neutralized enough to use eventually. Though my dad seems to think when we build the new run we should just put a vegetable bed right over the old one. He says if we add lime it will be fine which maybe it will but i don't want to risk losing plants

We just completed our coop last week. Still have some final touches to do, but we're thrilled with how it turned out. We are not build-saavy so we enlisted the help of a neighbor and watched a lot of YouTube videos for building tips, roofing instructions, etc. It took a total of 3 1/2 weeks, but we did it!

Love the colors, the L shape, and also the use of the space under the nesting box for run space! Had not thought of that... It just hangs out anyway, might as well use it for more run.

Just finished our urban coop, had a corner to contend with so we designed an "L" shaped coop/run. Still putting on the final touches.
