Just as a point in fact, the federal government has overstepped it lawful bounds at every level. The laws are the responsibility and RIGHT of the states to enact, and enforce, NOT the fed. The constitution clearly states exactly what the federal government can do and limits it to that and nothing more. The lack of states using their right(s) and allowing the fed to usurp those rights has led us to the predicament we are presently in. All of these federal agencies that are making and enforcing laws and policies are doing so in direct contradiction of the powers allowed to the federal govt. In fact, your local elected sheriff has more power than ANY federal officer... yes... ANY! They can (& SHOULD) arrest and imprison any federal agent that is doing anything against state law or policy. The fed had best be very careful as they have already angered many people who know and understand the principles of how/why/what this nation was founded on. OK... climbing back down off my soap box after one more statement... both fed and state govt has been "dumbing down" our nations youth through "core curriculums" and "public education" for the sole purpose of allowing them to establish full control over this once freedom loving population.
