post your chicken coop pictures here!

Looks like my coop is pretty colorful, my younger cousins picked the coop color while I painted the rooster, hens, and chicks.

Considering my dad and grandpa built the coop I didn't have the chance to have it the way I wanted but I'd say the chickens have a pretty nice place. (Ignore the chair in the coop)

Little more progress today. Corbels finished and painted along with the window box. Just about done with the coop part of the chicken project.

Nothing wrong with a chair in the pen. Chickens like to snooze under/on things.
Wow lots of awesome coops in this thread I enjoyed the pictures. I am new to BYC and just posted my coop design feel free to take a look any feedback would be nice. The kids would love to hear what people have to say

Nice family project! Most BYCers will say the chicken wire keeps chickens in but doesn't keep predator's out. Stronger hardware will be sturdier. The ducks are funny-cute.

Wow! Pretty nice.Love love your painted Chickens.Enjoy your new chickens.

These nipples have 2 channels, a short one and a longer one.  I'm thinking the longer one should be on the bottom to hold a little puddle of water.

Yes the longer one should be oriented downward to hold/catch a drop or two of water as seen bellow...

Everyone is making such nice progress and here I am not having done anything on my coop in a few weeks :(

My dad's been busy with other stuff though.

We have all the walls up and the roof shingled but we need doors, nest boxes, windows, and to clapboard the sides. We just kinda stopped.
