whats your favorite breed of chicken you have ever had or have

My favorites are EEs and BAs.

Dark Brahma and Light Brahma--Super sweet, gentle, docile decent layers and really pretty.
Then maybe Welsummer or EE.

I really like polish and modern game bantams as far as egg color I like welsummers and marans.

I have only had my chickens for 16 weeks, but out of my RIR's, BA's, and Dark Brahma's, The Dark Brahmas are my favorites. They are SO nice and will fall asleep on your lap, while the others hate being touched.

I adore my Buckeye! I only have one and she is by far my favorite. She is hilarious, so full of personality. She "sings" all day, comes running towards me and squats until I pet her, and chases the cat around the yard. They all free range, and she is always way far away from the others, doin' her thing. I don't think she is even part of the pecking order, no one picks on her and she doesn't pick on anyone else. It's like the cool kid at school...
