Yea! Got our first *two* eggs today! We're not sure who laid them. Possibly our two RIR sisters. They will be 20 weeks old tomorrow.

Well I figure I better de-lurk for this very exciting bit of news...

First eggs ever today!!!! Two of our 15-16 week old Golden-Sex link hens laid their first eggs today!

We are so excited! I only have a picture of one of them. The hen who laid other egg was clucking in the box for a bit, got up and laid the egg while standing

, so it cracked. We got it inside and put it in a bowl before it totally fell apart.

The white one is a regular egg from the store. I can't wait to see if we get more tomorrow!

first one!!! 22 week old aracauna but which one i dont know... thought you might enjoy the gecko eggs that i found the same day on my front lanai... i was pretty excited about that chickie egg let me tell you... happy in hawaii with my girls...
