Congrats on all Ur eggs

Our first egg from stryder. She is a very young hen we rescued from filthy conditions. The feathers missing on her back are from being 'accidentally' burned by the previous owner.



But now she is a happy chicken! She has laid an egg every day since this one.

She is by far our best layer. I'm not sure what breed she is. A red sex link, a red star, or maybe a RIR cross.

She looks exactly like one of my red sex links,,, when I ordered her she was called a "Golden Buff" They lay the BEST eggs, and mine lay almost every day... 6 out of 7 days a week, if not every day, and they are HUGE. So happy she has a lovely spot to live with you now!

The brown egg is from my 20 week old gold star, named Amber. For Easter she laid her first egg. So Egg-cited...

Got my first blue egg today from my new Ameruacana pullet! So happy to have her and my new cockrel to join my flock! Not her first egg, but my first blue egg!
