After daily waiting! Checking, waiting, questionning, checking the forum for reason they were not laying.

I guess just be patient

But now it works!!! 5-9 eggs a day

Thursday evening, this little beauty was on the floor of the coop.

Found a second one Saturday.

Absolutely NO clue which of the 18 pullets is precocious.

(They are only about 14 weeks old.)

I got another egg today. After really looking at my girls I think I know which one is giving me my presents. She's the only one with waddles out of all my girls. . She is 18 weeks old. Can't wait for some of the other girls to join.

KameyRae are those your first eggs and you got lucky enough to have 3 layers start the same day? I'm bummed today because we got our first egg Friday, our 2nd Saturday, nothing Sunday and so far nothing again today. I know that's how it goes sometimes but I just figured with 5 chickens we'd be getting a few more by now. Congrats!
