First egg from my new flock! Probably from the cuckoo marans, it's dark enough for her (feed store bird) and she's the one who's been hanging out in the nest boxes the most.

So it IS my first egg, but not my first CHICKEN egg. And there is nothing in the forum title or the first post that says it HAS to be a chicken egg, right?
