Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, finally, a fine little pullet egg. Of course we have no idea who laid it, but that's ok, it's the first one! And I'm very happy my DH found it, he's worked so hard on that coop and run for me....it registers as a Peewee egg on my scale

Here it is in the middle of four farm fresh eggs that I hopefully won't have to buy many more of:

Edited to add they were 21 weeks old yesterday.

I would like to know also. I have 2 female banties that I am waiting for eggs from. Got my first green egg from an EE, will post a pic tomorrow or Saturday if I get too busy on Holloween.

I got my first eggs from my young araucana pullets from my 5/20 hatch. One is a blue pullet and the other a red. I am so proud of them!

The 2 eggs on the left (smaller) from the pullets compared to a white araucana hen egg. They're not much smaller and I'm so excited. Sorry about the flash (I was trying to get the color, but I think it whited them out a bit).

Woot! Another first egg today from my lav/black orp girls born on 5/20.

Here it is next to an egg laid by a buff orp hen.
