Post your FIRST EGG pics!

Just registerd to post MY VERY FIRST EGG! Yay! Not that I laid it (obviously :-D ), it's just that I bought 6 adult silkies and 1 silkie/cochin only a few weeks ago. So it is not Selinas first egg, but it is a first time for me. It's the cutest egg ever!

So exciting! Our Silkie laid her first yesterday!

The brown at Top is one of our GCs, the middle pinky cream one is Furiosa the first to lay of our EEs egg, she has been going for about a month now, but the green one on the bottom is her sister Artemis' first egg! We like the pinky ones but we were really hoping that Artemis would give us a blue-green one and she has! So excited for our first green egg!

First egg from my sea brights...first for me! Such a pretty little egg & I got to see her lay it! Im so excited! Now i just gotta wait for the other 2 sea bright hens to follow her lead!

Yeah thank you! Now we just have to wait on the CMs to lay theirs. Chocolate brown hopefully. Our blue green is mostly green so I think in the future we want to get a blue layer to add more color. Thanks again!

Woke up this morning to clean my chicken coop like i do every Sunday and i found this!!!!
Not sure which of my chickens gave them to me. Any guesses? Also the spotted egg, does that mean anything? Should it not be eaten?
Anything i should look out for?

I have 5, 5 different types of chicks in a coop right now (Welsummer, Australorp, White Leghorn, Speckled Sussex and an Easter Egger). They're all 6-7 months old now, and my White Leghorn, Nyra, laid her first egg on October 24th! (She seemed pretty proud of herself).
