This is my hen Tissi (Rotisseri's) first egg!

Wow! I think all of my first eggs so far would make up that one big first one!

Anyhow, I was on vacation during my oldest three hen's first eggs. Here is what I came home to:

(the big egg is a store-bought one for comparison)

I got three more today. Hopefully I will have some bigger ones soon! Thanks girls!!

Yay! I get to join the club! Spent the day in the ER with my 16 year old girl (she's fine) and my birdies knew I needed a lift I guess because two of them laid their first eggs today!!

First time poster, long time lurker

I just happened to check the coop yesterday afternoon, and was excitedly surprised to find our first egg! I'm not sure who it came from (we have 11 chickens), but they were all pretty chatty and even seemed happy at how excited I was.
