These photos are great!
This may sound dumb, but, what is a game cam exactly?
Is it a camera that takes photos every few minutes automatically , or do you have to oppertate it yourself?

Motion sensor activated camera. Different models take different numbers of photos at different rates. Some take great pictures in the dark with a flash, others don't use a flash, but are infra-red.

Mine is PIR activated, which basically means heat sensitive. It monitors and records the ambient temperature and when something warmer passes in front of it it takes a picture. It acts a little funky in partial sun/partial shade (takes pix of nothing coz of the heat changes I guess) but it works really great otherwise. You can adjust the sensitivity level and on the highest setting it will pick up little song birds and small stuff like that.
You can set it to take either 1 or 3 picture sequences, or short videos, and wait as little as 5 seconds between "activations" or up to 10 minutes.
If it took pictures all the time just based on time it would use a lot of batteries.

I cant wait till I get some game cams. Hopefully I will be getting at least 1 soon. Yesterday my neighbor informed me that he saw someone park on the part of my property that isnt fenced & who ever it was stayed there from at least 4am-6am with their headlights on O_O. Obviously the cams will be used for more than just checking out the animals in my backyard & property xP.
