I know, I know, folks around here put a collar on a stray they find and think that means they own it, then they keep allowing it to roam. Makes me shake my head all the time. I'd love to get a game cam myself, but it wouldn't have shown me who used wire cutters to cut out a 10 ft section of my livestock fencing and peel it way back out of the way to allow predators to come into my fence or my own elderly dog to escape (she doesn't roam the property so phooey on them). I suspect who did it, though, but would love to have proof.
