Post Your Game Cam Pics Here!!!

I am going to try to avoid those with the plastic divider things in front of that screen. I found that Apeman has a camera of normal size for a good price. It seems to do a good job, the compact one that I have now. Has a 65 ft range, but is $59 with $20 off now. What do you think of this one, cmom?

Also this one with 30% off of $69 This has a 40 pc LED and wider range.

Most seem to think the company is okay. Someone there did contact me after I declined to leave them a full 5 star review about the little camera not having a battery compartment cover, asked for a photo and offered maybe a partial refund or a part sent, and I did show them, but I think that is just the design of it.
This is the inside. I think if moisture got in, there would be no protection for the batteries, but there is no room for a cover, I guess. I really like the way it works so far, not bad for less than $40. Good video. DSC07102.JPG

I looked them up and personally I would pass. I bought the other cameras similar and have been disappointed with them. If you're looking for daytime they are probably fine but nighttime probably just ok. I bought a couple of cameras based on reviews with nighttime pictures. The cameras didn't do as well at night for me and I was disappointed in them. I don't know for sure ift the pictures posted were actually from the camera reviewed because they didn't seem that good to me. So far the best cameras have been the ones like the SAVA, I compare them to it. This is one like the SAVA $64.99 - 30% = $45.50.

They say it's IP66 but they are really IP56 (not water and dust proof, but water and dust resistant). I found out that low glow cameras actually give you a better picture than no glow. There are some YouTube videos that show the differences. I have had 3 cameras that failed. I took them apart because they were out of warranty. I cleaned the boards and they came to life. My SAVA quit. I took it apart probably over a year ago cleaned the board, reasembled and it's working fine.

Agree on that. It doesn't bother the animals, only may be visible to humans if they're looking right at it. The deer here don't even startle when the motion activated lights come on so a game camera low glow would barely be noticed. I see the deer come up, nose to camera all the time, doesn't faze them to have their picture taken, at least the ones here. Maybe they're just very comfortable on the property.
It is quite the minefield with all the various cameras on the market and them changing names or just disappearing from the platforms. Thanks for all your input, cmom. What is your name, by the way, if you don't mind me asking?

Hi everyone, I am new to this thread. I recently got a new trail cam and I put it up 2 days ago. I checked it tonight and I got a fisher and raccoon on the camera. Here they are :)

The first IMG is a fisher and you can see it on the right
On the second picture, you will see a racoon up against a tree.

I just ordered it. I can always use another camera. I have some cameras on posts I move around like the picture in the above post. It was taken with an identical camera. This camera is on a post I move around. An owl that went through some crappy netting before I replaced it with some good heavy duty netting.

I have bought some cameras and did return them. A couple of them I had to pay the shipping cost to return them so now when I look at them I look for the ones that say Free Returns like the camera I posted above. If I don't like it I can return it and Amazon will pay for the return. I don't make it a habit of returning cameras but have learned over the years that especially for night pictures not all cameras are the same and here most of the critters roam at night.
