I ordered the Campark one, I linked in my previous post. Should have it in a week. Hopefully the SD card I ordered will work. If not, I'm sure I have one somewhere here. I got a pack of pesky coyote, so I'm just trying to determine their routines. That way I can be waiting for them.... it will be cool to see what else is out there, and to get some good pictures of my porky opossum who hangs around here too. When I get some pictures from it, I'll come back here to share!

That first coyote, what a prick. I had one poop right in the middle of my driveway.... pretty sure it was it's way of laughing at me...

Yup that's what I ordered.

Most of us have several cameras so you may end up with a second one. Just get a lot of AA batteries! cmom is right, they mostly take the little micro SD cards. The Victure cam took a regular SD card and I know I missed the number of LCDs on it, so my mistake. I was looking at so many, I guess I got confused! Easy to do once you look at so many, I suppose.

I never get the coyotes on my cameras. I hear them on rare occasions, maybe they'll smile for the camera when they're hunting for kits this spring. And I hear the foxes much more than the camera catches them. Since 2014, I have had maybe two coyotes on camera, three foxes. I've seen them with my own eyes (fox, that is).

Many of the less expensive cameras take the standard SD cards and most don't take good night pictures. Here is an example of two different cameras in the same spot. You can barely see the coyote in the left side of this picture.

I bought this camera because of the LED's (46), so I thought it might be ok. It's only good for the trash. They went up on the price a little. I bought it for $28.xx. No wonder it was so cheap. It's a piece of junk.
