Post Your Game Cam Pics Here!!!

Our cameras regularly spot one or two raccoons. They do a quick look to see if we have left any openings. This was this morning at 2:50am.

Same dog in our pasture again. I ordered 50 new heavy duty U-posts and soon will have someone come clear the fence line that is most compromised in prep for installing new fencing. I think we'll do the no-climb stuff this time, not the regular field fence. Could be someone new moved into the vicinity and thinks that being rural means dogs can roam. Not here.

There is a post somewhere which I'm sure is over 10 years old, where a member was having an issue with a neighbor's dog that kept coming on her property and when she went to confront the owner, of course he said it wasn't his dog. She eventually shot a paintball at the dog. Not sure what happened. It may seem cruel but I'm sure the dog owner got the message. Personally I don't see the harm because it might sting when it hits the dog but people have paintball wars. I realize they are paintball war games, but no one gets hurt. It's defiantly a way to get the point across.

Every time we catch him on the camera, it's between 8:30-9:00 p.m. so could be someone is letting the dog out to roam before going to bed for the night. He may not come home eventually. We have discouraged dogs in the past with some very small bird shot. Don't own a paintball gun, but would be happy to use it if we did.
