It is not uncommon to see bobcat hunting during the day.

I see them roaming all the time while deer and turkey hunting.

One of the funniest things I've ever witnessed was a bobcat stalking my turkey decoys. He stalked and stalked and stalked. He came within 10 feet or so and launched. Within a nano second of him biting on the neck he let go and sprinted out of there. He knew something wasn't right and couldn't get out of their fast enough.

We had a pack of wolves stalking us last year. It was creepy. Never did see them. I wish we had. Sss

I read that it was a roadkill squirrel that was tacked down as bait in front of the camera.

I thought it looked like it was anchored unless it was the last breath effort and holding onto a root LOL
