Post Your Game Cam Pics Here!!!

Wonders if anyone has considered putting a 'scale' somewhere in the field of vision of their game cams?
I'm picturing a stick, painted with 1 foot sections....alternating 1' bare, 1' painted, or 2 contrasting colors...or maybe even 6" sections.
Could be pounded into the ground in mild weather or leaned up against a tree when ground is frozen.

Just a thought...so many pics I see have nothing to scale the size of animal.
Like the coyote/fox just above, which I think is a fox by size and shape of tail.

you are right, it is a fox, it was back again last night. now we can see the face pretty good, able to see the black on the muzzle, and black up the tail, coyotes don't have the black muzzle and only have the tip of their tail black, I'm going to have to put my other can over at the coop tonight

Did another download and again, no dogs, just lots of deer, my own orange tabby cat plus a black cat that I have not seen in quite some time and thought maybe something had gotten it. Nope, he/she is still around.

Wow, this is an older and very unusual buck! I don't think I'll shoot him, though.

You can see the black cat here.

checked the game camera today and saw this very unwanted guest at the back corner of our chicken run

ahhh, the scoundrel in infrared. Lost 3 chickens at dusk today. Went down to the coop to get a head count and close the door and saw the three of them dead in the run. It was snowing lightly so I started looking at the fence-line to find the culprit. No tracks around the fence, but when I looked closer around the chickens I found bird tracks that didn't belong to chickens. So I went back to the house got a trail cam. I caught this bugger on the trail cam. I think it might be a barred owl or a short eared owl. That feeder is just below knee height, and yes he is perched on top of one of my full grown Australorps. Now I just need to figure out how to get rid of him. I guess the ladies will be going to bed early from now on.
