I agree that it must be a fox in that second picture, just wasn't as clear as the first. I've had only one bobcat on camera in all these years and he was larger than that animal.

We have bobcats around here, but I haven't seen one yet. I have heard one screeching in the woods at night thoThe bobcat that has been roaming around here is a good size cat. As the usual lately the fox comes around most every night. The only night I didn't see it on at least one of the cameras was the night we had the tropical storm Elsa.
Last night. I haven't corrected the date and time on this camera yet.

I love that you named your predator.Might as well add this here. This is Roberta. She enjoys duck for dinner.
If she’s going to stick around (which she is, which I wish she wouldn’t) she’s got to have a name. Those are the rules. She also has a few other names that are so rude that they are unprintable.I love that you named your predator.
Ahh, the tall blade of grass. So often photographed, yet so unloved. When I checked the compact Apeman, I had to download it because there were 1042 pics it, yikes. As I suspected, several hundred were just a tall blade of grass waving right in front of the lens, but I did save predator pics to post.
