You must be taking a lot of night time pictures I guess. I take TONS of pictures, mostly daytime though, and my 8-AA batteries last 4+ months.

Yes, I do. Thats when most of the critters like to move. I leave one of the cams in Georgia at the hunting lease. Thats why I say I know the batteries will last 2 months. Maybe more, thats the longest I left it up there.
 
well i dont think ive posted a picture on here yet. but heres one I got last night

a stupid a$$ coon tryin to get my quail....
no more seed for him(cam is under a bird feeder)
hes going to get caught tonight
him and his buddys
settin out the traps!
not sure what the bright thing on the left is.??
