, dandy pics y'all
....but the mountain lion, bear, and black widows
...no way
very scary
, I have nightmares of bears and wolves getting me, and last night I dreamed a BIG ol' catfish I mean huge was in the water I was fishing in ... and my boat was overturning cause my Dh was not with me to take my fish off I had caught and it was dragging me
...
too funny I told my Dh about the dream he said he would never let me fish by myself
no zoom or anything involved there...we would have had no idea she was there except that my dog kept sniffing around that tree when he was out...she was so cute and calm!
This little guy was sitting in my parents' driveway and was only too cooperative as a photo subject! He very politely flew over to some grass for me take some pretty photos!
My dad found this little fellow in their yard...also a very cooperative photo subject!
an immature gull that was on a dock at Keuka Lake in upstate NY
Wild mallard family up at Keuka
A dragonfly that was sitting on a rock at Watkins Glen in upstate NY
Some wildlife from my family's cruise to Alaska!
mom and babies above were chasing this fellow off!
This is "Fidge," a squirrel we raised and then released. He was only a few days old when a large male attacked the nest he was in and he got kicked out, ending up with a broken front leg and being blinded in his left eye:
This one I call, "He's Got the Whole World" - just LOVE this pic! (he's in my daughter's hands)
Here he's having just under his "arm" scratched - notice the way he stretched his little arm out...
And this is him snuggled up with "his" Eeyore - it kept him company
I LOVE taking pictures, and I want to be a wildlife photographer when I get older. But right now all I have is a cheap digital camera, which at the moment the batteries are dead.
But I can still try to take OK pics with it, except it's hard because if I just move it slightly while it's taking the pic, it will come out all blurry.
But someday I will get a better one, and then I will be able to take lots of better pics!
Keep the pics coming!
(P.S. My cell phone takes better pictures than my camera!)
