Posts with tags made before the switch to Xenforo don't work

As the title says, posts with tags made before the switch to Xenforo don't work.

They can be fixed manually by opening the post to edit, then saving, but it might be better to write some sort of script to fix all of them at once.

I edited and then saved the first post that was linked, to test it. I don't think the rebuild has been done yet. @Nifty-Chicken I can run it tonight, or you can run it if you want.
