potter township central PA help

Hi all,
In potter township in centre hall pa ducks and chickens are allowed. My property manager today informed me that we are not allowed to have chickens on this land. She said the owner of the park drove through and saw the coop, which is impossible. I suspect someone must have called the owner, which is unfortunate. Do i have any recourse here or do the rules of the property manager supercede (sp?) The rules of the township?

U, is your house part of a neighbor hood conoboard thing where you and the other neighbors make the rules and you have to ask them to allow you to do something or i don't know I am not to familiar with those things. But I would see about asking the zoning board to see about any regulations forward keeping them weather it's allowed or not to your land lord.
