First three days seems to be most critical window.

I removed her and the others to a brooding box at home. Denbred the wound cleaned and remove debris. I used coidil silver I use on horse. It has stopped bleeding. Yet there are pieces of bone protruding. I had some antibiotic tablets. Can't remember at this moment but shaved a tiny bit and dissolved into water they both are feeling better She's doing well. Attempting to fly. Able to reach perch about 18 in. Fine no bleeding this was 2 days ago. . The pic with bleeding is first day others are 2 days laterThe lg bronze mustve. Stepped up to help she lost a few feathers no cut or blood. . Not sure about bones or if wings dead? Th for all the help. I'm so lost

Carefully pluck all feathers from wound edges. Pluck about 1/4" from edge. When plucking, pluck in direction of feather growth to avoid further tearing of skin.

You have horses? I'd so, have you ever watched a vet clean and debride a wound? Initial cleaning is key. Wounds should be irrigated with sterile water and a proper antiseptic. What antibiotics do you have?
