Poult Pak??????

I recently purchased Poult Pak. Does anyone know the mix for 1 gallon?

Never used that but when i got vitamins and electrolytes for my chicks i had to call the manufacture. The only instructions on the package was to mix 55 gal. at a time. They were glad to break it down for me. It was a quarter tsp. per gallon. Good Luck
