Poult with leg issue- Spraddled Leg?

I have a week old turkey that is standing funny for lack of a better description. It will twist it's body sideways but is leaving one of it's legs facing the wrong way, When he/she finishes twisting the leg is completely facing the wrong direction. It them sort of hops to correct it's leg and then just sits down again. Not sure if this is some type of spraddled leg or what. Any ideas?
