Anybody know of a hatcher that sells started pullets like mcmurray, but maybe cheaper? $23.29/Bird is a bit steep. I don't want to start with little chicks.

https://birdandbeefarm.com/ in Rockdale, TX. Just bought 10 chickens 2 weeks ago, 3 Olive Eggers, 4 Amerucana and 3 Welsummer. All were 5 months old and VERY health and clean. 4 are already laying. Very sweet birds. Have to make an appointment and I recommend getting their earliest appointment (8am). Good Picks. They also have Turkeys and Guineas.

Bird and Bee Farm's 5 month old (point of lay) were all $36 each. A fabulous purchase and the demand is high now as economically we all know something is up. Lots of first time people buying chickens. Blus star Ranch is goos too, but prices are high however, they will also barter new items- they have a long list of items they are willing to trade chickens for. But they aren't the cheapest. But they do have selection and the lady that runs it is very cool.
