Poultry Cell Gone Bad?

I went to give an injured hen poultry cell today, but it had chunks in it, so I didn’t. Is it bad? It’s been in my shed above the chicken coop. It gets hot in there in the summer (I forgot it was in there. Ugh. What a waste.)

It's supposed to be kept in a cool dry place. I'm sorry to say it would be best to dispose of it. Dont feel bad, I left a bottle of wormer outside for a week once $$ , had to toss it.
