I have 2wks old chicks.one has an inflammation on the lower eyelid of one eye .The eye is now completely closed. It has now spread to other two chicks. How do I manage this situation?

Welcome to BYC. Where did the chicks come from? It sounds like they may have a respiratory disease that has caused conjunctivitis. Do you have any pictures? I would try to get some antibiotics from your vet that treat MG (mycoplasma gallisepticum.) Tylan (tylosin,) oxytetracycline, and doxycycline are some of the drugs that might help. You can usua Terramycin eye ointment from the feed store to put into the eye twice a day after cleaning them. Here is a place where you can get tylosin for pigeons to put in the water (dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days)
